Rebar Detailer / Estimator

Full-Time Salem, Tamil Nadu, India 1 - 3 Years Experience Civil Engineering Degree / Diploma

RisingPrime Rebar is seeking dedicated Rebar Detailers & Estimators to execute commercial, industrial, and institutional projects for US and Canadian clients from our Salem office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce accurate 2D reinforcement placing drawings, foundation layouts, wall schedules, and elevation sections.
  • Generate comprehensive Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) strictly compliant with ACI 318, CRSI, and ASTM guidelines.
  • Perform detailed rebar and accessories material takeoffs for North American tender bidding packages.
  • Coordinate with senior engineering reviewers, resolving architectural/structural discrepancies prior to final submittal.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • 1 to 3 years hands-on experience in rebar detailing or estimation for concrete structures.
  • Working knowledge of CAD tools (AutoCAD, RebarCAD, or aSa).
  • Strong urge to learn, cooperative team mindset, and flexibility for shift-based schedules.
  • Good written and oral English communication skills for client drawing notes and RFIs.
